In this one year program, students will learn the most crucial aspect of Cosmetology training. Such as, shampooing, facials, makeup, waxing, haircutting, hairstyling, hair coloring, chemical texture services, manicuring and pedicuring.
Students have the opportunity to not only earn high school credit but also college credit while still in high school through the articulation agreements with area colleges and universities.
Articulated credit is credit that a specific college or university grants for classes taken at the Career Tech Center. Credit is posted to the transcript after the student has completed a certain number of classes. There is no charge for articulated credit and it cannot be transferred from one college to another.
